Monday, March 3rd: Dr. Steven Whisenant talked with TAMU SER about his experiences during his time in South Sudan, a country that was established in 2011 and is still undergoing a period of reorganization. Dr. Whisenant had originally gone there to work with the John Garang Memorial University in Bor to train educators on agricultural practices.
